He serves as a key contact point for patients, including those undergoing Lipedema and specialized treatment pathways, ensuring smooth coordination of care, follow-up, and alignment of individualized treatment plans. He is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, patient flow, and service quality across all departments.
His role focuses on strengthening internal systems, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall patient experience in line with Dubai Health Authority standards.
